REVERENCE BASIC GOODNESS
COURAGE I call myself Windhorse.I learned the term first from Sogyal Rinpoche's The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying and about the same time, from Chogyam Trungpa. Native Americans use the term in the same vein. Tibetans interpret windhorse as "basic Goodness." I do too. I live my life according to those precepts...along with the influence of Irena, Goddess of Peace all my life...My Mother told me about Irene, the Greek Goddess of Peace and I knew that I'd acquired the name to live it and bring it to life. What is a Windhorse, anyway? Well, it's not actually a Being ~ it's a State of Being...a state of courage to face reality and create change in the only place one has control over...in the only place it's possible to effect true change: in Oneself. By the grace of the Tibetan Shambhalla Spiritual Warrior Training traditions, another expression of practices to develop the inner life exists where transformation of our weaknesses is possible; where clarity and calm can become what we ARE, not what we only think we are...or worse, what we think others are but we cannot be. The Tibetan translation of windhorse means "Basic Goodness." Wind is the power to move, to change, to pick up stangnation and disperse it. Wind clears space for new and all possibility. This is what I work at doing for myself and for you. Stagnation is destructive; while being forcibly picked up by the winds of change is so greatly feared. Yet it is often the only "salvation," since humans are so good at seeking comfort. It is never my wish or practice to forcibly set my wind under anyone's wings...yet I will hold to principle and remind you of it, as others have done for me. This is an important quality of Windhorse.
Eclecticism is another facund realm of definition ~ a "purist" or "fundamentalist" point of view narrows one's sight to one culture or one philosophy. In that mode, great development is possible...and then, can become stagnant and narrow-minded. When we are privileged to view, hear and study myriad cultural and philosophical creations ~ those traditions that have survived millenia and still make sense to the discerning mind...eclect study creates choice.
did that for me...and countless others. I chose the best fit for myself out of those traditions by comparing them, testing them for Truth Quotient in my life. Thereby I became an Eclectic, taking from all traditions to find components true for myself. I have seen the same basic Truth resonating in every one. I have learned from all religious and cultural traditions, all art forms, all kinds of people, the Earth, her Plants, Waters, Mountains, Valleys, Forests, Animals...and the highest and lowest aspirations of the human-like being...in their attitudes of life and business practices and how their attitudes manifest...and mostly from the key individual in my life: ME!! How I aspire, fail to complete the aspired cycle, and where and how I succeed. Self-study leads to Self-Development. TRANSFORM, PERFECT, RESPECT TRANSMUTE, REFUTE, INVOLUTE
COME JOURNEY WITH ME, AND CONSIDER WHETHER I CAN ASSIST YOU TO CATALYZE ULTIMATE BALANCE, PRODUCTIVITY AND CONTENTMENT ON YOUR PATH. Are you ready to set aside the paradigm you were conditioned to, and view yourself from a neutral position where you can see the hunger and desire in yourself and you can also see where you veer from your path toward connecting with that for your ultimate joy, health and usefulness upon this Earth and among the Ethers? Now is the time. Now is the New Millenium; new awareness, connection and opportunity for Earth and for Humans and All Lifeforms. Now is the time to choose. Now is the time to be supported and to be supportive. Now is a Blessing time. A REblessing time. Feminine Spirit is called forth once more. I guess this is why I am called to Minister. In my upcoming, women were not awaited and welcomed as Leaders. In early times, they were...and again we see this truth. Women are now more supported and asked to become the beacons of spirit and the strength and maintanence of HOME...of FAMILY...of World Family. People pray every day for the strengthening of the Presence and Nobility of Women. I have learned to connect my calling as Woman, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Daughter, Wife to my calling to Ordainment and a responsibility to assist others to guide themselves. Every day people are meditating, praying and walking in the name of Spirit, Balance and Compassion. Thousands of people are "Flying" every day to change the Vibratory nature of our environment, so that it may accept those energies helpful to it rather than languishing in chaotic swirls of doubtfulness. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and his Transcendental Meditation Movement that first taught that...it disturbs me that he is often not mentioned in this context. He learned about it from his beloved Guru, Swami Brahmananda Saraswati, Jagadguru Bhagwan Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math...simply referred to as "Guru Dev." I honor these two great men. I am grateful for all I learned because of their dedication to informing humanity of forgotten and ignored Vedic Knowledge.
